CRThe Coventry Review

Privacy & Cookies

This Privacy & Cookies notice explains how The Coventry Review (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit hakkindabilgial.com. We aim to keep it readable rather than legalistic.

Information we collect

You do not need an account to read The Coventry Review. Like most websites, our servers and analytics automatically record limited technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the referring page — which we use to understand readership and improve the magazine.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how our pages are read. This uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

Advertising and native recommendation widgets (MGID)

This site is supported by advertising. In particular, we display native recommendation widgets served by MGID, a third-party advertising network. These widgets show sponsored article and product recommendations, labelled as such, alongside our own content.

Your consent and choices (CMP / consent)

Where required by law — for example for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — advertising and non-essential cookies are set only after you have given consent through our consent management platform (CMP). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Privacy choices” / cookie-settings control on the site.

Implementation note (for the site owner): connect a certified CMP / IAB TCF consent banner here so MGID and analytics load only after consent in regulated regions.

Your rights in the EEA/UK (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact editors@hakkindabilgial.com.

Your rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information, request that we correct it, and opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. Use the “Privacy choices” control on the site or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Opting out of personalised ads

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many vendors at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and manage MGID's use of data via its privacy policy linked above.

Children

The Coventry Review is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
